Plant Powered Nutritionists
Nutrition is the science that interprets the interaction of nutrients and other substances in food relating to in relation to maintenance, growth, reproduction, health and disease of an organism. Nutritionists work to increase whole-body health, maximize years of disease-free life and minimize the need for external medical intervention on a population-wide scale. Colin Campbell, PhD has been at the forefront of nutrition education and research for many years. Dr. Campbell is the co author of the bestselling book The China Study. He has even featured in many documentaries including Forks Over Knives, Eating You Alive and PlantPure Nation. He has also authored over 300 research papers on nutrition. Steve Blake, ScD is a research director at the Neuroscience Nutrition Foundation. He has taught many classes at the University of Hawaii on Maui as well as at Stanford University, McLean's Harvard Teaching Hospital, and at Boston University Medical Center. He is currently the Vice President of Health Promotion for Executive Health Exams International.
