Celebrities are very successful people and have world-class talents. Their wealth and fame gives them the freedom to choose their own lifestyles. They are also able to get the best advice from doctors and nutritionists to look good and live a healthy, disease-free life. An increasing number of young celebrities are adopting a whole food plant-based lifestyle. The following is a sampling of such whole food plant-based celebrities.
Greta Thunberg, Environmental Activist
Greta Thunberg is a young environmental activist from Sweden who gained popularity when she began her Skolstrejk för klimatet (School strike for climate) outside the Swedish parliament. In 2019, Ms. Thunberg was proclaimed the Time Person of the Year. An advocate of a plant-based diet, she is an inspiring figure for all.
Ariana Grande is an American pop singer and actress. As of June 2018, Grande’s music videos have accumulated over a total of ten billion views online. In 2016, she was named as one of the most influential people in the world by the Time magazine. She has been eating plant-based since 2013 when she became vegan.

Joaquin Phoenix is an American actor, producer, and artist. He has received a Grammy Award, a Golden Globe Award and three Academy award nominations for his work. Phoenix has been eating plant-based since the age of three.
Billie Eilish, Singer and Songwriter
Billie Eilish is a young singer and songwriter from the United States. He debut studio album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? (2019), became the best-performing album of 2019 in the US. Already, she has five Grammy awards and is the youngest person ever to win all four main Grammy categories. She has been fully plant-based since 2014 and encourages her followers to do the same to help our the world.

James Cameron is a Canadian filmmaker, philanthropist, and deep-sea explorer who has been following a plant-based lifestyle since 2012. He has produced many movies including The Terminator, Titanic, and Avatar. Cameron was also the first person to reach the bottom of the Mariana Trench, the deepest part of the ocean, in a solo descent in 2012. When asked what's the best thing an individual can do to fight climate change, Cameron said, "Stop eating animals." He added "By changing what you eat, you will change the entire contract between the human species and the natural world".

Natalie Portman is an actress and filmmaker whose various accolades include an Academy Award and two Golden Globes. She is known for playing the role of Padmé Amidala in the Star Wars prequel trilogy. Portman has also played Evey Hammond in V for Vendetta and Anne Boleyn in The Other Boleyn Girl.
